  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you by email if any delay occurs.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Estimated delivery times: 
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

Please note: Delivery estimates may vary based on your location and carrier delays outside our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs).


3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international shipments)

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order in real-time until it reaches your address.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in some cases (depending on the carrier).
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regional regulations.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly and then email our support team for assistance.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international customers:

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Nuethread is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@nuethread.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be contacted to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
